I designed a banking and mobile payments app for Coinstar ⭐️✌️🏄‍♂️

I led the redesign of the app’s onboarding process, introducing a user-friendly and visually engaging flow. By simplifying the registration steps and incorporating interactive elements, we saw a significant reduction in drop-offs and an increase in user retention during the onboarding phase.

Throughout the design process, I conducted user testing sessions to gather valuable feedback and insights. I then incorporated these findings into the design iterations, ensuring that the final product catered to the actual needs and preferences of our users.

Making it easy to activate a debit card.

To help users manage their finances better, I incorporated budgeting and expense tracking features. Users can set budget limits for different expense categories and track their spending against those limits. Real-time updates and visual representations, such as charts or graphs, provide users with a clear understanding of their financial status and encourage mindful spending.
